2. Explaining them NACH process and completing future process for disbursement
3. Coordinating with customer for documents
4. Coordinating with internal teams
5. Emails to customers whenever required
6. Close looping cases till disbursement
7. Maintaining data in Excel
9. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
10. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
11. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
12. Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
13. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
14. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
