Job Brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Representative who can guide and contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for establishing good customer relationships. The most important criteria will be the customer’s priority for child’s development and support to purchase programs and this process can be done over the phone or video calling
Job Profile:
· Criteria is to have good listening skills by which they can understand the customers and support parents in providing learning to their child
· Ability to understand the customer’s requirement and present our program in such a way that matches the customer’s requirements.
· Ensuring proper follow-up, updating tasks and CRM and call recordings.
· Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
· Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company product and services.
· Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to repeat business.
· Using sales methods proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to company rejections.
· To Develop relations with customers in such a way that we get references
