Roles and Responsibilities

• Inbound/ outbound calls to potential Customers.
• Lead Generation and regular follow up.
• Identify, Generate and evaluate solar development opportunities.
• Offer Support & Solutions to customers in accordance with company's customer service policies.
• Cold Calling, Fixing appointments and explaining products and services to the clients
• Maintain Customer- Company Relationships for reference and regular business.
• Maintain data base of clients and follow ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Preferably a Graduate in any stream.
• Must be able to speak in English and Hindi
• Fresher can also apply- Basic knowledge of MS office.
• Should be very confident and presentable.
• Candidate should be innovative/ should be courteous, professional and polite.
• Multilingual fluency is an added advantage
