Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•       Call lead prospects that are generated by internal/external sources

•       Encourage customers to come for a property tour.

•       Making a call to the customer for fixing appointments for the site visit. Arranging Physical customer site visits.

•       Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects

•       Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.

•       Contact potential customers to pitch services using appropriate communication skills.

•       Provide calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.

•       Maintaining the periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/ follow-ups reports.

Requirements:

•       Prior Tele calling experience.

•       The candidate should be a Graduate/ Post Graduate with good communication skills

•       Maintaining the lead database of the clients and prospects.

•       Excellent Communication, listening & interpersonal skills

•       Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism

•       Positive approach & convincing skills.

•       Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

•       Good communication- Hindi, English & Marathi ( prefered but not Compulsory)
