Telesales Executive
Job responsibilities:
1. Calling & counseling the prospective students via phone, email, and in-person
2. Handling inbound calls & making outbound calls, converting the leads into admissions
3. Handling queries/inquiries over telephone, emails, and walk-ins
4. To make follow-up calls, feedback calls, calls to old leads
5. To upload all the inquiries on the website with proper & adequate information, update & maintain participant database sheet,
6. You will be responsible for closing the admission over the phone and maintaining good customer relation
7. Answering questions about the services/offerings
8. You should be familiar with CRM
