Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team! 

No prior experience is required, and freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell telecommunications services.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Work towards daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or related fields will be a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
