JOB PROFILE:
  • Company : Reputed TeleSales Call Centre (US Timings)
  • Job Location:  NOIDA Sector 63
  • Position: Tele sales Associate (US Shift)
Job Description:   Tele caller ( International sales outbound Voice Process)
Salary: 
  • Fresher- 1 Yr experience-  10000 to 12000 + Incentives 
  • 1 to 2 year experience     -  15000 to 20000 + Incentives
  • Plus –Reimbursed Conveyance
  • Lunch Provision by company  -    NO
  • Tea and Coffee - Yes
  • Product Marketed
  • Pharmacy product campaign – Outbound Insurance
  • Solar Energy Products – Outbound            
What TSA Tele caller has to DO
  • Advises present or prospective customers by calling on a rotating basis.
  • Influences customers to buy or retain product by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
  • Candidate must be good in explaining the features of the goods or products /services which he/she is trying to sell
  • Should be quite customer friendly and should be able to persuade the users
  • Schedule appointments so that the sales team gets in touch with the probable customers.
  • Most importantly, a telemarketer needs to follow up with the customer on what they had discussed in the last phone call.
  • Document transactions by completing forms and record logs.
  • The main objective of a telemarketer is to promote the growth of the business by expanding the company’s customer network
Skills and Qualifications:
  • HSC PASS
  • Fresher /1-2 year experience.
  • Should be very good with communication skills as the job mainly focuses on business growth over a telephonic conversation.
  • Should be well skilled in persuasion and negotiation.
  • Should be very persistent and result oriented.
  • Proven track record of fulfilling sales target.
