· Company will assign you the leads through CRM.
· You have to contact these leads through calls, chats, emails & virtual meetings, understanding their requirements and pitching the right suggestions accordingly.
· Working on consistently achieving the revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
· Identifying cross-selling offers.
· Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
· Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
· Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
· Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
