• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Responsible for generating leads for business.
• Following up leads generated.
• Comparing a property to others in the area then convince to customer.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Pointing out a properties best feature to buyer and answering their question
• Occasionally, Telesales Executive may have to deal with troubleshooting or complaints, so they will need to be great problem solvers.
• Telesales Executive will often work with a wider customer service team to help identify potential customers. They will make initial contact with these individuals to help generate sales.
