Job Description
Job Role
- Tele calling inbound and outbound Using scripts to contact both existing and prospective consumers
- Collecting customer details and other pertinent data for additional sales follow-up
- Keeping track of calls, sales, and other useful information
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
- Resolving queries and issues related to the services
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements
- Managing customers and fulfilment of clients' requirements
- Do daily basis updating and keep track of all active as per the manager’s guidance
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
- Be a great Leader & Team player when your presence is required
- Answering client queries about project specifications and their queries
- Excellent communication & Negotiation skills
- Critical thinking & Decision-making skills on required field of work
