Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Description:

1. Sales and Lead Generation:

   - Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products or services.

   - Generate leads through cold calling, warm calling, and responding to inquiries.

   - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

2. Product Knowledge:

   - Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered.

   - Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

   - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

   - Address customer queries, concerns, and objections in a professional and effective manner.

4. Sales Pitch and Presentation:

   - Craft compelling sales pitches and presentations to engage potential customers.

   - Adapt sales scripts to the needs and responses of different customers.

5. Data Management:

   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

   - Track sales activities and results, providing regular reports to management.

6. Objection Handling:

   - Identify and overcome customer objections to close sales.

   - Provide solutions and information to address customer concerns.

7. Team Collaboration:

   - Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to improve overall sales strategy and effectiveness.

   - Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

8. Market Research:

   - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

   - Use market knowledge to tailor sales approaches and strategies.

9. Follow-Up:

   - Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

   - Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.

   - Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

   - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

   - Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

   - Familiarity with CRM software is often beneficial.

   - Resilience and ability to handle rejection.

 

Education:

   - A high school diploma is often required, while a degree in business or a related field may be preferred.

 

Working Conditions:
