We are looking for a dynamic results driven sales team member that will perform lead generation through cold calling, & emails. This position fills several vital roles including the management of the company’s prospecting database, calling and cleansing that database, scheduling demonstrations for the direct sale organization and some statistical analysis. Professional listening skills are critical the success of this position.

Job Specification

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the company and identify appropriate buyer.
  • Expand and manage the company’s prospecting database
  • Schedule on-line demonstrations for the direct sales staff
  • Maintain strong relationship with sales team through clear communication and follow up
  • Support various marketing activities to contribute to strategic efforts.
  • Make sales development calls to existing customers, lost customers, and new prospects.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers; work closely with customers to better understand and meet their individual needs and requirements
  • Learn and promote company’s products and services, focused specifically on growing the Rental Department
  • Maintain detailed customer contact information and related daily sales activities

Job Requirements:-

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong telephone skills as well as a clear understanding of basic web concepts required.
  • Must have high energy to make calls consistently through the day
  • Must be a very punctual person and should be able to follow up on calls and set up appointments for the sales team
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have some experience in Digital Marketing- Lead Generation.
  • You should have experience working as an inside or outside sales representative and telesales professional
  • Information technology industry experience in working at a consulting or software company is nice to have

Qualification:-

  • Graduation

Experience:-

  • Minimum 6 months of experience into lead generation or sales
  • Only Female candidate can apply
