Loan Telesales Executive
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective/existing clients for loan requirements.
Needs Assessment: Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable loan products (Personal, Home, Auto).
Sales & Closure: Explain loan features, process applications, collect documents, and close sales to meet targets.
Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and build strong client relationships.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, banking regulations, and data privacy.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of calls/transactions and provide sales updates.
Follow-up: Follow up on leads and application statuses.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven telesales/BFSI experience (loans).
Skills: Excellent communication (English/Hindi), negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, resilient (handles rejection), and customer-focused.
