Responsibilities:

Support the processes via phone calls to the customers/Clients
Introducing the organization's services to clients in order to follow up with further steps of the process
Initiating repeated follow up phone calls after the client interaction
Carrying out research on how to address customers
Enter and update client information in the database
Take and process in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet Target and facilitate future records
Keep records of calls and reports and note useful information
