Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective customers who have expressed interest in club memberships or who fit the target demographic profile.
Build Rapport: Establish rapport with potential customers through engaging conversation, active listening, and demonstrating a thorough understanding of their needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the features, benefits, and value propositions of our club memberships to effectively communicate their advantages to potential customers.
Overcome Objections: Address any concerns or objections raised by potential customers with confidence and professionalism, utilizing persuasive selling techniques to overcome barriers to purchase.
Close Sales: Employ effective sales closing techniques to secure commitments from potential customers and successfully convert leads into sales.
Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, answer additional questions, and facilitate the completion of the sales process.
