· Excellent telesales & marketing skills
· Undertake outbound / fresh calls to potential customers to educate them on services and products offered by the company for real estate projects
· Make prospective customer understand the project and generate his / her interest in the property
· Upon generation of interest, pass the lead to the Sales Manager
· Strong verbal and written communication skills required to ensure customer satisfaction
· Attend meetings to learn about new products and services or changes in current ones
· Should know to work on Microsoft Excel and some basics about working on computers
· Professional and straight forward in approach
· Organized and Thorough in working
