We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales (Specialist) to contribute in Customer Acquisitions for our company. You will be responsible for identifying and closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales executive must be:
Experienced, Loud, enthusiastic, an excellent communicator, having superior people skills and loads of positive attitude.
You must be comfortable with presenting products or services.
The goal is to grow the customer base.
What will you be doing?
· Achieve the set targets to contribute to company objective
· Contacting potential or existing customers to make them aware of SMBXL SaaS products
· Update customer information in relevant systems (CRM, MS Office)
· Go the extra mile to and facilitate future sales
· Engaging the registered customers on the platform.
What skills do you need to have?
· Good knowledge of computers (e.g. browser & MS Office) and telephone systems
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Language skills-Understand & speak English & Hindi, min. any one regional language (optional)
· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
·
6m - 3 years of
experience as telesales representatives or other sales proved track record of
meeting targets
Salary Range(In Rupees): 15000-28000
