• Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential and existing customers to promote our printer rental and lease services.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend suitable products and services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the printing industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls and emails.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Enter, update, and maintain customer information in the database accurately.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop new strategies for business growth.
• Provide feedback from customers to enhance services and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of the printing industry and printer technology is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
