  • Responsible for Business generation Prepare dolly Sales MIS & Reports
  • Conduct daily morning hurdle with TL's and Agents to meet daily required sales Targets
  • Responsible for monthly targets achievements
  • Prepare daily and monthly reward & Recognition programmes for his/her team
  • Responsible for Data Management and tracking as per managements requirements
  • Coordinate with verification and quality Team to complete sales verification calls on some and check the quality as per parameters.
  • Has to prepare disposition report and train the agents on same( Audit)
  • Prepare daily call audit report and present to management with feedbacks
  • Closely monitor the software loopholes and inform to concerned team
  • Monitor Live Issues till product sizes
