We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative (Female only) to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and presenter. They must be comfortable in presenting cosmetic products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Female Candidate RequiredQualification: Graduation from any stream.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs Experience (both Fresher and experience may apply).
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Good organization, Communication, Good Teamwork, Planning & Marketing skills required
Identifying new sales leads
Generate Leads and follow up with Clients.
Set up sales targets & work towards achieving them.
Prepare Quotation & Proposals, Negotiate with client on terms if it is require
Liaising with clients/ customers for securing new leads and business referrals.
