Job Description
As a Telesales Representative at Grand Acres, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. You will leverage your excellent communication skills and sales expertise to connect with potential clients, educate them about our services, and ultimately convert leads into satisfied customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Prospect, cold call, and follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' real estate needs, preferences, and timelines.
Educate prospects about our company, services, and value proposition, emphasizing the benefits of working with us.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize follow-up activities to maximize conversion rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies, share best practices, and achieve team goals.
Update CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads, interactions, and sales activities.
Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Telesales Manager.
Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
