We are looking for an enthusiastic
Telesales Representative to contribute to generating credit card sales for our
company.
● An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator.
● They must be comfortable presenting products.
● The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Key Responsibilities
● Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up.
● Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
● Selling products over the phone and achieving the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters.
● Explaining the product features in detail.
● Proven experience as a telesales representative or another sales/customer service role.
● Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
● Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
10+2
Minimum of 6 months of experience
in Telesales / Tele calling /Domestic BPO / Credit Card Sale / Direct
Sales/Telecom / Insurance
Salary and benefits: - Rs. 8000/- to Rs. 15000/- Gross per month + Incentives + All other benefits are available as per Government rules.
