We are seeking a talented and motivated Telesales Representative to join our Real Estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of promoting and selling our real estate services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships over the phone.
As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by generating leads, conducting cold calls, and nurturing prospects. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced sales team and receive comprehensive training to enhance your sales skills and knowledge of the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads by researching and contacting potential clients through cold calling and networking
Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to build and maintain a sales pipeline
Conduct informative and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients
Listen and understand clients' needs in order to offer the most suitable real estate solutions
Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Document and update all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in telesales or a similar role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Knowledge of real estate industry preferred but not required
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales software
