Work Experience:- 06 month to 1 Yr in AEGIS / BPO / Call Center / Telecalling
Qualification:- Any Graduate

Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow

Work Profile:-

To make communication with our Franchise & associates.
Conduct meeting of them & give power point presentation.
Finding out their problems.
Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
Reminder Calls to our Franchise & Associates regarding every month’s offers.

Salary:- Rs. 12,000-15,000/- per month + Incentives + other
