Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in customer service with a focus on sales and renewals? Join our team for a rewarding career!

We are hiring for VIP Service Roles
(Customer Service + Renewals)

Languages Preferred:

  • Bengali
  • Gujarati
  • Malayalam

Key Details:

  • Shift: Night shift (generic; males only, no Urdu candidates)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales or Customer Service with Sales/Upsell/Renewals experience
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills required
  • Qualification: HSC passed
  • Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 (depends on the last drawn salary)
    • Additional Benefits: On payroll, incentives, night allowances (for males only)
  • Work Schedule:
    • Rotational day shifts and two rotational week offs
  • Age Criteria:
    • Males: 24 to 37 years
    • Females: 24 to 42 years

Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai
