Identify, plan and broadcast sales training calendar for partner Resources. Execute training as planned
Engage with partner resources to groom them further and ensure better customer engagement.
Enable partner for lead generation activities Cold calling, Tele calling, Email Marketing, Segment Marketing Approach, Lead generation through influencers and events
Engage with partner owner for review of planned vs. achieved targets; take remedial action when needed, re-strategize and create activity plan.
Accompany partner resources for sales & service engagements from time to time.
Assessment and monitoring of process implementation.
