Telesales Representative Responsibilities to include:

·        Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our Local Online products, mainly on Taxation

·        Providing an Online Demo, creating interests in the product and follow them up for Sales closure

·        Connecting with customers & prospects for feedback of the product and requirements

Person will be responsible for tracking leads of Marketing initiatives, connect with prospects (including individual practicing CAs, Corporates, Partners of CA Firms and other customers),provide an Online demo, close sales deals over the phone and maintain good customer relationships.

The person must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by closing new sales and enhance renewal.


·        Contact potential or existing customers to communicate them about our products

·        Provide an Online Demo to the customers (and Offline or Demo in person for High Value Customers, if required)

·        Follow up with the prospects for closure of Sales

·        Connect with customers for renewal

·        Collect feedback from the customers and prospects and share with the team

·        Collect testimonials of customers

·        Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

·        Enter and update customer information in the database, as needed

·        Take and process orders in an accurate manner

·        Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales


·        Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

·        Experience required 2-3 yrs

·        Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

·        Good knowledge of relevant computer programs  (Skype meeting, Team Viewer application, webinar applications) and telephone systems

·        Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

·        Excellent knowledge of English

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

·        Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

·        MBA, BBA with BCom

·        People from Similar Industry (like Taxmann/ TIOL will be preferred)
