1. Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory and by your own search.
2. Answer potential client’s questions about our Product and service.
3. Generate between 10 to 15 sales leads per day
4. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our Field Executives Schedules.
5. Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
6. Train other Tele callers when required.
7. Communicate any problems, concerns or question to your reporting Manager.
8. Refer customer complaints to Reporting Manager for quality control.
9. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
10. Prepare report on daily basis
