Responsibilities
1. Improve customers' banking experience with the Suryoday by ensuring that the customers are attended to promptly and attend all customers immediately who walk-in or call branch office.
2. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
3. Assist customers to open bank accounts with Suryoday.
4. Have sufficient knowledge about the banking products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly also suggest new banking products to customers offered by Suryoday
5. Provide customers with forms/ applications in accordance with the service request. Help customer in filling the required details and submit the form.
6. Contributes to the efficient operation of the branch through the accurate and timely processing of all transactions and account maintenance, including investment instructions, account information. requests, withdrawals, loan repayments, school banking, etc. Maintains customer records by updating account information, such as and contact numbers etc
7. Ensure that all the bank's policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with in the process of discharging duties.
8. Continuously update skill by participating in professional training, go for courses as instructed by management and be willing to contribute acquired knowledge to the development of the back.
Qualifications
1. Experience in a cashier type position
2. Strong computational ability
3. Great interpersonal and customer service skills
4. Availability to work bankers hours
5. Excellent writing and verbal communication
6. Comfortable adhering to company dress-code
