Responsibilities:
Own, organize and lead tender process until submission.
Review and summarise incoming RFQ documents, including Forms of Agreement and contractual Terms and Conditions.
Lead the Commercial Assistants in preparation and completion of tender packages.
Maintain and control schedule of all tenders.
Communicate effectively with the Clients during tendering process.
Ensure quality and accuracy of tender process and submissions.
Address all tender clarifications efficiently and within the allocated time.
Participate in tender and contract negotiation meetings, and summarise discussions.
Follow up with clients after tender submissions.
Creation of a data base for pre-qualifications, tenders, clarifications and results.
Assist Business Line Managers by seeking and evaluating relevant opportunities.
Prepare monthly managerial reports based on the data base.
General administrative support.
