ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Searching of Tenders through Online and Offline of Government Sector on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be interested in the company, either to bid or for market intelligence purpose
•Submission of the Tender documents as per the requirement of the tender.
•Tendering, Estimation, Costing, Negotiation for the best pricing & documentation.
•Understanding the Technical Tenders specifications.
•Tenders review and prepare documents etc.
•To maintain a record of all Tenders / Bids till its final outcome.
•Contract management Analysis of Previous Bids, Competitor Analysis, Market intelligence.
•Floating the enquiries & collecting offers from vendors.
•Preparation of technical and commercial documentation.
•Project Budgeting/Costing and offer preparation for tenders.
•Project Planning, Execution and Coordination.
•Technical and Commercial evaluation of tenders and preparing the comparison reports.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
•A Commerce or Science Graduate
•Minimum 2-3 years of experience into tendering and bidding.
•Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel is a must.
