HE/ SHE SHOULD BE ABLE TO FOLLOW UP ON THE ORDERS & THE PAYMENTS, PRESENTATION & EXCEL SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting research:
Tender executives are required to research the market, competitors, and potential clients to identify opportunities and determine the feasibility of submitting a tender. They should also analyze the requirements of the tender and assess whether the company can fulfill them.
2. Proposal writing:
A key responsibility of the tender executive is to prepare proposals that clearly and concisely outline the company’s capabilities and experience. They must be able to write compelling and persuasive proposals that differentiate the company from its competitors.
3. Coordination and collaboration:
Tender executives work closely with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and technical teams. They should ensure that the proposals align with the company’s business objectives, meet the requirements of the potential client, and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.
4. Contract negotiation:
After the proposal has been accepted, the tender executive will be responsible for negotiating the terms of the contract with the client. They should have strong negotiation skills to ensure that the company’s interests are protected.
4. Relationship management:
Tender executives must maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure that the company is well-positioned to win future tenders. They should be able to establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients and keep them informed of the company’s capabilities and successes.
