Territory Manager Institutional Sales
Job Description:-
EnglishHelper is expanding its footprint rapidly.
The incumbent will be part of the team implementing ReadToMe® Solutions and EnglishBoloTM in K12 schools. S/he will work closely with English
Helper regional team, customers, partners of the company, and government education department personnel to coordinate and oversee program planning, training, and implementation.
The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):-
Expert knowledge of ReadToMe® Solutions and EnglishBoloTM.
Provide training to partner and government personnel and teachers on various solutions.
Reaching out to customers and partners of EnglishHelper through calling or in-person visits.
Installation of relevant solutions at customer locations, and provide on-the-ground support.
Ensure that partners/customers have relevant product material/training for effective utilization.
Monitor product usage; resolve/provide support for resolution of customer issues to drive increased usage and on-boarding to ReadToMe® Solutions.
Compliance with EnglishHelper Standard Operating Procedures including customer-related reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:-
Graduate / Post Graduate – Any field
Relevant experience of 1 – 3 years in Customer Operations
Prior work experience in the K-12 Government school system or Government program is preferred
Knows how to speak Marathi, Hindi, and English
Competencies & Skills:-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good relationship building and people management skills
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Must have fundamental knowledge about digital products
Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Data-focused decision-making ability and analytical thinking
Problem-solving ability
The candidate must be willing to travel intrastate.
Reporting
The position reports to Regional Manager.
Location
Maharashtra, India. The incumbent will work from home but will need to travel as required.
Official travel will be reimbursed.
