Know your Customer Visiting & Sharing feedback on non transacting outlets. Helping the retailers with the transaction. Ensuring only serious orders are placed. Return orders will not be counted Helping with issues if any. Be the eyes & ears for FK· Credit Management Helping the retailers with on-boarding with PAN & other documents for enabling credit. Collecting the due credit amount from retailers as per the system nudge while ensuring the OTP procedure completion. Depositing the cash collected with the concerned authority. Amount deposited should match the amount collected. Note: Over the mid-long term FOS needs to move away from BAU Credit Collection, ie amount collected within the grace timeframe.
