Job Description:
1. Appoint new channel partners to improve market reach penetration based on channel selection guidelines & assessment criteria.
2. Design sales promotion schemes, discount & loyalty programs for channel partners and ensure their implementation with support from Sales team.
3. Work towards increasing the business and profitability of channel partners by helping them in increasing sales from existing customers and in acquisition of more customers.
4. Derive sales plan with dealer and retailer, product-wise, month wise to ensure desired counter share and market share achievement
