As per industry standard Job Responsibilities:

Identifying and networking with prospective clients including corporate & OEM account and generating business and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
Preferable experience in Garage Equipments/ Automoblies/ Components Companies
It’s a B2B Sales. You have to appoint automobile OEM dealer in entire north east territory.
Providing technical assistance regarding seamless delivery of quality products & services in the market.
Developing and leading highly motivated sales & service force in highly competitive markets, ensuring achievement of individual as well as team targets
Develop appointing new Business partners / dealers and motivating them for greater Market penetration & reach
Providing assistance to channel partners by conducting training programs, ensuring seamless delivery of quality products & Services in the market .
Operating through direct sales wherever required.
Develop specific plans and strategies for achieving sales targets, including market mapping.
Follow-up for sales, payments, planning for making dispatch of equipment and spares in time and at the same time maintain good relations with customers/Dealers and company officials by visiting them.
Managing the team.
Analysing the competitors.

Looking fresher for field sales position.
(Automatic Car washers/Steam Jets/High Pressure Pumps/washing chemicals.
Tech preferred but not Mandatory.
Own conveyance is mandatory.
Willing to travel
