Job Purpose
Responsible for generating sales demands and implementation of on ground marketing programmes for assigned territory.
Major Activities
1.Ensuring implementation of sales plan and achievement of targets as per set objectives in territory/area assigned.
2.Ensures coverage and calls as per key product focus and execution of Quarterly initiatives in consensus with ZSM.
3.Constant review with customers for meeting monthly sales targets (vs. yearly target, vs. last year, product wise) and take appropriate action to reverse any sales decline.
4.Propose and work with Zonal Sales Managers for promotional programs for individual outlets.
5.Efficient execution of marketing programs and analyzing that these effectively contribute to sales numbers for assigned territories.
6.Gather competitors info (promotions, launches, organization changes, etc).
7.Coordinate with distributor agent network for smooth functioning and report on any deviations from agreed norms.
8.Facilitating any consumer concerns, damaged products return etc.in liaison with TSM/ZSM.
9.Provide market/sales feedback and complete all necessary reports within the stipulated time frame
10.Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to the Local Vigilance Representative).
11.Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs by self and team
