· Sales and distribution development in the territory- increasing number of outlets, maintaining high service level, driving visibility of product categories
· Training and Leading a team of 6-7 SSM for achieving the business targets- Daily monitoring of SSM work and enhancing their sales skills by regular training
· Working in cross beat format to understand the weak beats and ensure appropriate action plan.
· Managing the Stockiest working in assigned territory- Managing required stock level/service level, ensuring that stockist adheres to TCL guidelines in conducting his business
· Leveraging the benefits of technology ( SWIFT )- Implementing new mobile handset order booking by SSM, Regular usage of swift at stockiest point for secondary billing, regular analysis of the data for analytical decision making
· To increase penetration of new Product categories- Increasing distribution of new business both in terms of width as well as depth, visibility of new products
· Claim management of stockiest- Ensuring timely submission of stockist claim along with supporting documents adhering to TCL guidelines
· Assisting ASM in demand forecasting- Provide insights about the territory, gaps for increasing business in the territory
· Responsible for execution of consumer activation/outlet branding at ground level
