We are HIRING the Territory Sales Representative for our Agricultural Bio-products Manufacturing Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and market expansion within your designated region of Idukki
Territory Management: Manage all aspects of sales within the territory, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management. Establish and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Product Promotion and Education: Educate customers about the benefits and features of our agricultural bio-products, including fertilizers, soil conditioners, and crop protection solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and field trials to showcase product effectiveness and drive adoption.
Market Analysis and Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments affecting the agricultural industry. Gather insights and feedback from customers to identify emerging opportunities and challenges, and provide input to product development and marketing teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Any Field, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of [1-5] years of experience in a similar role
Deep understanding of agricultural practices, crop production cycles, and farming techniques.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach.
