What is your role going to be?

Contribution to automation framework

Preparing, executing automation scripts for the product in parallel with development

Contribute in execution of product roadmap as per the plan

Making sure to elevate automation coverage to higher level

Able to perform good level of Manual testing

Responsible for sharing QA status/results (both form automation and from manual front)

Coordinate with multiple teams for deliverables (on shore and off shore)

Statistical measurement and improvement of Quality

What are we looking for?

Hands on experience of using tooling for Test Case Management, Defect Management and Task Management is required. HP ALM experience is preferred

Experience in project level automation testing, using test automation tools. Ascential Test experience is preferred

Experience in writing test plans and test cases

Creating test plans to cover all aspects of software functionality, security, usability etc. to provide extensive feedback to developers

Ability to perform System Testing & Integration Testing

Well versed with the end-to-end manual testing process and testing terminologies

Assisting and collaborating closely with Product Owners and Developers to ensure that all project deliverables are appropriately verified and approved for final code deployment

Experience in SQL Queries

Experience in testing application written in PowerBuilder is an added advantage

What might also help?

A good understanding of the payment domain

Working experience with TFS builds, releases, CI/CD pipelines would be an added advantage

Analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Participating in sprint planning meetings and daily stand-up meetings

Open to work in multiple technologies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Experience or Degree in: Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field; additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered
• Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
• Relational databases, Bankcard industry knowledge and IBM Rational tools

• Working towards the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification
