Education Essential

Four Year College Degree (Computer Science or similar)

Experience

3-4 years relevant work experience

General

Good communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English language, both verbally and in writing, and to interact with both Business and IT partners to define, understand and evaluate business requirements and resolve issues.

Technical Skills – Requirements Essential

• Good working knowledge of Java, Selenium, DevOps
• Must have exposure in Web Application, Web Services Automation using Java / Selenium
• Experience with XML, HTML
• Must have exposure to custom automation framework
• Demonstrates intermediate proficiency and knowledge in database SQL querying
• Microsoft Excel (Basic/ Intermediate)
• Exposure of Agile Methodology
  

Desirable

Experience in any of the below applications/technologies/programming languages.

• Java
• Selenium Webdriver
• BDD framework (Cucumber/ Specflow)
• Familiar with ISO 8583 message format
  
  

Technical Skills – General Essential

• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Possesses good general knowledge of technology
• Possesses the ability to learn new technologies quickly and correctly
• Able to troubleshoot and identify technical issues quickly
• Develops knowledge and understanding of how the assigned functional area interacts with other functional areas.
• Able to complete required tasks for a project with supervision.
• Adherence to coding standards
• Knowledge of software development methods and quality assurance best practices and techniques
  

Desirable

Have previous IT experience preferably in a financial related industry, specifically in banking / card applications
