UST Global???? is looking for a talented and creative QA Automation Tester for one of the leading healthcare providers in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing Agile environment. Responsibilities
As a QA Automation Tester you will be responsible for : -
- Planning and executing automated test scenario for small to medium initiatives. Identify; automate and execute appropriate Test Assets (plans; cases; automated scripts; metrics) to assure the developed application conforms to requirements and design.
- Work with test leads; technology teams; business analysts; product owners; developers within the scrum teams
- Coordinate/execute testing across multiple testing phases; including SIT; UAT; and Regression.
- Ensure adherence of quality assurance metrics such as defects; defect counts; test results and test status.
- Ensure all applicable SDLC and testing processes are followed.
- Execute linkage from test plan to test scenarios and test cases.
- Assist in the creation of or creates and communicates all testing deliverable(s) MTP; TES; etc. Identifies when test automation is appropriate.
- Coordinate; identify; and execute test cases. Identify; report; and review defects in assessing application quality working with various business units.
- Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrate them into business processes to address the needs of business.
- Triage defects for smaller or medium initiatives.
- Document all problems; assist in the resolution design and execute automated and manual tests; including exploratory testing
- Collect testing metrics; report status as defined in test plan with supporting data.
- Identify and collect Test Data for test execution.
- Account for Test Data Management; collection of requirements; evaluation of available data in repositories; ID gaps; and owns test data provisioning tasks.
- Minimum 3 years?????? experience; or any combination of education and experience; which would provide an equivalent background.
- Good knowledge of testing lifecycle.
- Cucumber; Selenium; Junit; JAVA; Maven; BitBucket; Bamboo; Jira X-ray
- Experience with ATDD creation and execution integrating with CI
- Good to have automation exposure on multiple browsers.
- Good Framework knowledge ; exposure to TDD; BDD and ATDD framework knowledge preferable.
- Demonstrated effective problem solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communications is a must.
- Experience in Agile techniques applied to all forms of Java.
- End-to-end experience from story planning to deployment.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs; UX team; test managers
- Exposure with Dev Ops practices; including CICD; Automation; Build Management; and Versioning
- Experience in GitHub; Jenkins; JIRA; Big Bucket Bamboo
- Requires Bachelor??????s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; or any combination of education and experience; which would provide an equivalent background
- Demonstrated ability to perform and manage test execution activities.
- Experience with SAFe preferred.
- Certification; such as CP-SAT; CSTE; CSQA; CMST; CSQE preferred
- Any single offshore location (All to be co-located). Order of preference ?????? Chennai; Trivandrum; Kochi; Hyderabad; Bangalore.
