Position: Test Automation Engineer

• Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience
• Looking for a resource with a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in functional & automation testing who is motivated, self-directed & enthusiastic.
• Should work well under pressure & thrive in a deadline-driven atmosphere.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:-

As an individual contributor to the team, ensure all deliverables are met as pre-directed by Project Head and manage all business requirements.

BENCHMARKS:-

• Skilled in Conformiq tool
• Experienced in Robot Framework

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• 4 -8 experience in functional and automation testing
• Strong experience in the Conformiq tool (Design the model and generate the automation test scripts)
• Strong experience in Robot framework
• Good experience in Designing the Activity Diagram and generating test scripts
• Experience creating, enhancing, debugging, and executing test scripts using Robot Framework
• Good experience in identifying the object locators
• Experience in creating reusable components, error handling
• Experience in identifying and preparing the test data for test scripts
• Defining and exporting test results and analyzing test results.
• Reporting defects based on the results.
• Knowledge in designing the Robot Automation Framework.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:-

• Proven work experience as a Test Automation Engineer for 4 to 8 years minimum
• Bachelor/s and/or Master/s degree in engineering areas, information technology, or relevant field
• Experience in designing and writing test and automation scripts for multiple projects based on different technologies
• Basic knowledge of Python, Java, C#, or other OOP language
• Hands-on experience with DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodology and framework
• Experience with designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining correction actions
• Knowledge of automation tools, concepts, and methodologies of Automation Testing
• Knowledge of web technology and Internet leading technology
• Working with people and networking
• Innovating, adapting, and responding to change
• Delivery results and meeting customer expectations
