Prepare test planning and create test cases to testcomplex web-based applications
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration & User acceptance Testing.
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements and estimation
Provide weekly/daily testing reports to the stakeholder.
Defect Reporting and Tracking following the complete STLC.
Work as individual contributor directly with client and maintain high standards of communication.
Provide weekend implementation support whenever needed.
Present ideas for system improvements; assist the team in establishing good practices and habits.
Identify and propose areas for growth and improvement within the team.
Provide guidance to junior teammates and new joiners through domain expertise, coaching and mentorship.
