Job Description

We are looking for Test Prep Counsellor for Pune location.
Number of Vacancy : 10 
Eligibility : Freshers or Candidate with BPO or Call Center Exp.

Responsibilities:
- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients; answer incoming calls and address inquiries.
- Sales Pitch: Present and explain products/services, emphasizing benefits.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate call records and customer interactions.
- Follow-up: Ensure customer follow-up for ongoing engagement and sales closure.
- Targets: Meet set sales targets and objectives.
