Job Description
As a Text Telemarketer, you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining communication via text messages with potential customers. Your goal will be to promote products or services, generate leads, and engage recipients effectively to achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent written communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a proactive approach to engaging with prospects. We are looking for a person who can handle the old customer and increase the sales.
Responsibilities:
Ask relevant questions to the customer to understand their requirements
Record the personal information of customers accurately in the database
Convince the customer to buy by presenting how goods or services meet their needs
Handle complaints or queries to preserve the attain customer satisfaction
Maintain the records of calls, sales, and other relevant information
Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
