  • Quickly adapt to the business objective of the organization and adhere to the policies and procedures
  • High Customer focus and process oriented with thorough knowledge on Desktop Software and Windows.
  • Consistently creates a positive customer experience through own interactions and educates customer regarding available alternatives where they exist.
  • Understand user s software needs and provide the best possible approach engaging various EUC teams and following-up till software is installed for the end user.
  • Manage & coordinate the software order service requisitions via request center.
  • Detailed understanding of End user Computing Software eco system and versioning.
  • Ability to absorb and implement multiple processes.
  • Act a Service Request(SR) workflow coordinator and route Service Request packets to concerned teams for verifying/procuring application licenses and also route it for Gating in cases of new applications
  • Perform Final Review of SR Status and verify that all packet owners have closed their product assignments.
  • Verify that actual costs match the estimated costs, review the license agreements and the associated billing channels involved.
  • Verify the availability of packages and also maintain the repository of available software applications.
  • Quality checks for all Request to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Liaise between the end user and the concerned team and ensure these requests are completed in time with minimal impact to the end user.
  • Willingness to share information with team and other support partners
