• To do the CNC programming & tool setting of CNC Turning/Sliding Head m/c.
• To extricate the technical problems of Turn part production like brass gland & other sample production.
• To do the programming on CNC Turning /Sliding Head (5-axis) m/c.
• Sample development to QA after self-inspection.
• To tackle the manufacturing problems and elimination of defect causes.
• Handling of man powers and to do the setting of secondary operations.
• To maintain all the production record & tooling Consumption
• To maintain 5's' in Shop Floor.
• To maintain the production, rejection reports etc

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge about the brass turned part machining, behavior of alloying of raw material.
• Knowledge about the tooling nomenclature & manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge in CNC programing & manufacturing with turning machining / CNC Sliding head will be preference.
• Skill in formation & setting of mechanical cams, tool & cutter grinding.
• Ready to work on any line as per requirement, inter departmental issue solving friendly.

Experience : 3 - 5 yrs.

Qualifications: Diploma / B. Tech (Mechanical)
