Job Description

The Tooling Engineer will support our Engineering team by developing and improving processes, tooling, and documentation for new and existing parts to achieve maximum utilization and efficiency of human, material, and machine assets.

1. Tool Design & Development for new product.

2. Existing Tool Maintenance & Service.

3. Design the Jigs & Fixtures for the production Components

4. Analise the Tool Life and taking Corrective Action

5. Implement Continual improvement initiatives in the Department.

6. Knowledge Of Sheet Metal Processing.

7. Knowledge of Press Tools.

8. Knowledge of CAD/CAM.

9. Knowledge on APQP.

10. Ensure job data is accurately and thoroughly documented; maintain accurate files with regard to each job.
