Job Description
Tour Executives-
0-1 years of experience in the travel industry, computer knowledge, CRM etc, customer engagement.
Excellent Geographic Knowledge, well, if you don’t know places how you would advise all those mesmerizing places to our guests, being little up-to-date help, we are always to help you just in case.
Ability to multi-task, someday it would be light-someday it will be super tough, but it will be fun to work with us, let's learn to organize and prioritize together, be a quick learner.
Teamwork - let's work together as a team to be on time and correct for the first time, well this industry is all about happy guest reviews, we have a lot of automation to handle the repetitive task.
Operation handling :
We work on leads together as a team, speaking to guests over phone/mail, requirement understanding and gathering, preparing itineraries and quotations as per their requirements, maybe multiple times.
Work on reservations of services(hotel, cabs, flights etc) with our suppliers, you will be the bridge between guests, suppliers and our team.
Follow up with guests and suppliers during the tour, handle any queries and concerns between their arrival and departure, smooth coordination and escalation.
Any skill/craft related to our work field other than this would be an added advantage, you can always pitch in your creative and innovative ideas, as a start-up we are also evolving and welcome contribution from all team members.
